Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
We accept credit and debit card payments, or personal cheque made payable to Baby Assistant Ltd, BabyLove Nursery Store, Goldfinch Farm, Ford Road, Broomfield, Herne Bay, Kent, CT6 7AD, goods will be despatched upon clearance of cheque.
Shipping And Handling
A courier or Royal Mail will deliver your order Monday-Friday( no delivery charge will exceed £10.00 England/wales), or a Saturday with a Courier surcharge. An email will be sent confirming despatch or your order.
The charges are for UK mainland only, any surcharges for other addresses will be agreed with you prior to any money being charged.

Shipping abroad: Please note the charged raised is a guideline only. The charge will be amended appropriately depending on the weight and actual cost of the item. You will be emailed the costs prior to any payments being accepted or item shipped.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to deliver within 4 business days following receipt of your order (although the majority will arrive the next working day). Our aim will be to keep you updated about your order and advise via email the expected date of delivery. Should you require a next day delivery- please email your request to vawain @ hotmail.co.uk
Please note: You will be sent an email advising of the shipping date. If your order is not received within 3 days of this email, please contact us urgently so we can investigate with the courier. After this time, lost consignments are very difficult to track.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
The appropriate amount of VAT is already included in the selling price of each item.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
All products carry a 6 months manufacturers guarantee. This is assuming the item has been used for its purpose, and no damage has been caused through misuse and neglect.

Baby Assistant Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.Data collected by this site is used to:

b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes
Returns Policy
You may return any item in it's original packaging within 7 days for a full refund (less the delivery charge, ). The item must be unused and in it's original packaging. You will be liable for the return delivery charge. Should the item require a courier collection, please email your request to returns@babyassistant.co.uk. The courier collection charge will be advised and agreed and payment taken prior to collection of the goods.
After the 7 days, any item returned unused and in it's original packaging may be subject to a handling charge, this would be advised prior to the return and at our discretion. Should the item be returned by not accepting delivery by the courier, a return fee will also be deducted prior to the refund.

Where an order has been desptached free of charge or at a reduced postage charge, upon return the refund will be credited less an allowance for the actual postage charge incurred by Baby Assistant Ltd.
